dark room long line
the room was generally dark i did not like it a lot i also found a big hairball on the floor it was very disgusting they offered a different room after i complained but it took time i was too tired to switch since i had arrived late breakfast was very packed and small you have to wait in a long line if you arrive late

Really good Stay at a Fabulous Hotel
funky rooms superb restaurant fantastic space awesome wet deck
We chose this hotel, looking for a resort-based holiday. This hotel looks fabulous , and the rooms are funky. The restaurants are superb , public spaces are fantastic, and the wet deck is awesome. Service across the hotel is really good. Therefore, we had fantastic days and enjoyed the facilities. We dined at Akira Back and Torno Subito. Both restaurants had set menus with inclusive drinks, offering great value. A rooftop bar featured some great cocktails. Ryan looked after us around the pool with great food and beverage service.

The fitness center has modern equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes. Guests can enjoy multiple pools, each with comfortable loungers and shaded areas. There is also direct beach access with well-kept sunbeds and towel service.

Breakfast includes a wide selection of hot and cold items. The main restaurant offers a buffet with international cuisine. Several on-site restaurants provide diverse dining experiences, including a rooftop bar with signature cocktails.

Our room had a king-size bed, a private balcony, and ocean views. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A minibar was stocked with beverages and snacks, and replenishment occurred daily.

noisy room blackout curtains
the staff were helpful especially sunita near the pool she was very kind
the hotel seems to be struggling with noise i got a room facing the road it was quite noisy at night the curtains also were not blackout light got in in the morning it was not relaxing at all

underwhelming stay at a high price
poor music quality buffet selection
the room was big and the shower was good.
The pool was shallow and split into different shapes. There was no opportunity to cool down. the wet deck was full of drunks, and the music quality was poor, it just sounded like a racket. the buffet selection was underwhelming and the hot food was barely warm.

Totally Charmed by This Hotel!!!
miami vibe friendly staff quality dishes fine design
This hotel has a Miami vibe. There's even a pool party during the day. The service was really good! Bittu and Emi were very friendly. The beach is fantastic. It is well kept and spacious. Buffet dining options include an very nice variety of high-quality dishes. The room design is fine. It is modern and colorful. Everything is laid out thoughtfully. The design makes the space both functional and beautiful.
